The "ORT" is a flange-type orifice plate that is installed between pipe flanges to create a differential pressure based on the flow rate of liquids, gases, and steam, allowing for flow measurement using differential pressure gauges and transmitters. The design and construction of the pipe flanges are carried out by the customer, while the orifice plate is designed and manufactured by our company based on orifice calculations in accordance with JIS standards. The "Orifice Plate (AOP)" is the most common and widely used product in throttling mechanisms. It has a simple structure and high reliability, allowing for short delivery times and low-cost production. However, it has a large pressure loss among throttling mechanisms and requires long straight pipes before and after the installation section. Depending on the shape, there are concentric circles, eccentric, elliptical, quarter-circle, and rectangular types.
